Braden passed the 5 month mark at the beginning of this month, and shortly before that accomplished some new tricks.
He had already mastered rolling from tummy to back, and had been so close to rolling from his back to tummy for a few weeks - just didn't quite get over the bottom arm. About a week before 5 months, this is what I saw as he played that morning.
Then this is what I saw a little later during his morning nap that day.
Daddy was quite excited to discover that his Mariners hat now fits!
He began playing in his big boy stand-up/jumper toy.
And a few 5-months shots...sucking his thumb while watching the ceiling fan (aren't ceiling fans the BEST?!)...
...checking out the puppy's ear...
...and smiling at Mommy.
